Using WardInfo
with Window 98 or Excel 2000
Windows 98 features are less rich for batch processing than Windows 2000 and Windows XP, so a special build batch file called Build98.Bat is used to build the WardInfo files on Windows 98, rather than BuildAll.Bat. The email send batch file, SendAll.Bat likewise will not run under Window 98, so you will need to manually edit the Send98.Bat batch file to include the names and email addresses of persons you want to distribute the WardInfo versions to.
Excel 2000 sometimes has problems when WardInfo runs, which causes Excel to bomb, and then WardInfo to hang. If you encounter these problems, please see here for troubleshooting techniques.
