Home and Visiting Teaching
Each family’s home teachers and each sister’s visiting teachers are shown on
their Family Info page. Each home
teacher’s home teaching route is displayed on their individual info page. Each
individual sister’s visiting teaching route is displayed on their individual
info page. The Home and Visiting Teaching
summaries include:
1) New Member Assignment Progress – display of new members of the ward and their state of progress towards having home teachers.
2) Families By Home Teaching Quorum – listing of all families in the ward, by which home teaching quorum they are assigned to.
3) No HT / VT Supervisor – families that are assigned to a quorum, but don’t have home teachers yet.
4) No HT / VT ers – families that are assigned to a home teaching supervisor, but have no assigned home teachers.
5) No HT / VT Companion – home teachers that have no home teaching companion.
6) Not A Home Teacher – priesthood bearers that are not assigned as home teachers.
7) Not A Visiting Teacher – sisters that are not assigned as visiting teachers.
Organization and Callings
Complete listing of the ward organization, with hyperlinks to individuals
[and in Bishopric mode dates of service]. Lists include:
1) Calling Longevity – when a calling was issued and how long it has been held.
2) No Calling - adults that have no calling.
3) Endowed No Calling – endowed adults that have no calling.
4) Multiple Callings – members that have multiple callings, including the callings and service dates.
Class Membership
Complete summary of nursery and pre-nursery, primary, sunday school, and young men / young women class
members, with birthdates (where appropriate for class transition planning
purposes).
Directories
Several pre-formatted directories intended for
printing, including the ability to add arbitrary commonly-used numbers such as
missionaries, chapel phone, or others.

Bishop’s and bishopric action and interview lists contain

5) Approximate Immigration Order – approximate order that families moved into the ward.
6) Member Statistics – summary of ward population and their characteristics.
7) Families with No Melchizedek Priesthood.

4) Individual record changes, including

b. Member status, including priesthood ordinations.
c. Marital status, including spouse membership status, and sealed to spouse status
d. Endowment status
